Encountered Error Parsing when launching QNE Optimum application.

Fix Net "Error parsing parser returned error 0xc00ce556" in Windows 10 - Windows Bulletin Tutorials

This is most likely some Windows files or .Net framework files not working properly


 

 

Solution 

Method 1:

Check for malfunction windows files and repair

  1. Press Windows button and search CMD
  2. Right click and select Run as Administrator
  3. Type in sfc /scannow and press Enter

  1. Verification might take some time. Wait patiently
  2. If there are error, repeat Step No. 3 again

 

Method 2:

  1. Launch Folder Explorer and navigate to “c:\windows\microsoft.NEt\framework\v4.0.30319\config”
  2. Rename “machine.config” to other name “machine.config.BAD”
  3. Copy “machine.config.default” from the CONFIG folder to desktop
  4. Rename “machine.config.default” to “machine.config”
  5. Copy “machine.config” from desktop back to CONFIG folder
  6. Restart PC
