Overview:

The Sales Transaction feature in QNE AI Cloud POS allows users to view, search, and manage all transaction records efficiently. Users can apply filters such as Date, Customer, Outlet, Cash Register, and more to quickly locate specific sales records.

One key highlight of this feature is the "Data Haven't Sync" listing, which helps users track transactions saved during internet disconnection. When the system detects a restored internet connection, it will automatically sync and update those transactions to ensure no sales data is lost.


Scenario:

✅ A retail store manager wants to review sales transactions from last weekend.
✅ They open the Sales Transaction feature and filter transactions by date and by outlet.
✅ They also check transactions by a specific customer who frequently visits the store.
✅ During the search, they notice a few transactions under the "Data Haven’t Sync" listing due to a temporary internet outage earlier in the day.
✅ Once the internet is restored, these transactions automatically sync to the system, ensuring all sales records are complete.


Solution:

1. To locate a Sales Transaction, expand 'Sales' in the navigation menu, then click 'Sales Transaction'. 


2. after Click on 'Sales Transaction', below screen will prompt out, which is 'Sales Transaction' Listing.


By Press the filter icon


User are allow to filter by 'Date, Customer, Outlet, or Cash Register' and more.


4. if QNE AI Cloud Pos in offline Mode, system will save transaction in Data Haven't Sync.

and if QNE AI Cloud POS connection recovered, system will auto sync transaction.


Result

Done!
