Daily Sales Report in QNE AI Cloud Portal Ⓙ

Overview:

In QNE AI Cloud POS, Daily Sales report is a sales summary within a day. It helps users track daily performance and total revenue by outlets and cash register.

Scenario:

A store owner in Seri Kembangan wants to review how much total sales were made yesterday in cash register 01. They open the Daily Sales Report to view the summary. By reviewing this report, he able to monitor his daily sales and performance for each outlet.

Solution:

1. Go to Reporting > Report Center

2. From the Sales tab, click + to expand the Daily Reports.

3. Select Daily Sales

4. Select start date and end date to view. If you want to view sales for 1 day, please ensure to select the same date for both start and end.

5. Select Outlet. You may leave this field if you want to view all outlets. For this scenario, select Seri Kembangan outlet.

6. Next, you may select Cash Register. If you want to view all cash register within the outlets, you may leave it empty. For this scenario, select SK – COUNTER 1.

7. You also have option whether to Include Refund or not. By default, system disable the option. However, you may enable it if you want to view the refund amount in this report.

8. Click Preview to view the report in printable format.

9. The printable view will be displayed in other tab.

If let’s say your manager require you to provide a hardcopy version of daily sales, this page will allow you to Print the report and share it to your manager accordingly.

Meanwhile, if you require a softcopy version, you may Export the report to multiple formats based on your preferences. The most preferrable format is PDF.
