Before sending any document to LHDN via MyInvois, you must complete the basic e-Invoice configuration described in the “Before You Submit: E-Invoice General Setting” KB group. That includes:
Setting an effective date for e-Invoice validation so the system knows from which date to start enforcing e-Invoice checks.
Configuring company-level e-Invoice settings, including your taxpayer identity and connection details to MyInvois via API.
Ensuring required master data (customers, suppliers, tax codes, etc.) has the mandatory e-Invoice fields the system expects.
Once these are done, N3 will be able to validate documents against LHDN’s rules and call the MyInvois API for submission.
System Scope: QNE AI Cloud Accounting / N3 AI Accounting
